Receive periodical articles in digital form

You can request by email digital scans of all periodical and newspaper articles from our collection, no matter how long ago they were published.

How do you request digital articles?

  • Send an email, with ‘periodical article’ as the subject line, and mentioning the following information in your message:
    • author(s)
    • article title
    • periodical title
    • year, volume, number etc. 
    • pages
    • name
    • address
    • email
       
  • Make sure that your request is as complete as possible. 
  • We will process your request within 24 hours (or the next working day if your request is made on a closing day). 
  • You will receive an email with a hyperlink to the scanned article.

If you are a staff member or student of a university or college, it is best to request digital articles via the interlibrary loan system (IBL) of your university or college library.

How much does a scan cost?

The charge is 6.20 euros per article. You may list several articles in one request.

You will receive an invoice by email, which you must pay within 30 days. If the invoice should be sent to someone else, please provide us with this information when you make your request.
